If you wish, you can pick up your order at our store at C/ Conde de Altea 55, Altea, Alicante, Spain. When making the purchase, choose the "Pickup in Store" option and we'll send you an email as soon as your order becomes available. Please remember that we do not process orders on weekends and public holidays. This option is only available from Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.

Please do not come to the store to pick up the order until you receive an email confirming that it is ready. Once the order is processed you can pickup it up in store from Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 20:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am - 14:00 pm.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all your purchase details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your details.

Our designated shipping agnecy will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Customers from the European Union

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, there are no customs duties. All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

Customers outside the European Union

For any orders outside of the European Union, the customer is liable for the cost of customs duties and/or local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Since each country has its own duties, we are unable to estimate the total amount of these fees. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
